LSU Law is hiring…

The LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center seeks to hire tenure-track or tenured faculty in the following areas: criminal law and constitutional criminal procedure; civil, comparative, and international law; and intellectual property, law and technology, and innovation law. We welcome applications from both entry-level and lateral candidates. We may also consider applications from persons who specialize in other areas as needs arise.

The LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center is one of the few law schools in the United States that operates within a mixed legal system of civil and common law, reflecting Louisiana’s unique legal tradition. Located at the heart of one of the most beautiful campuses in America, the Law Center is a collegial and intellectually vibrant community that has recently experienced significant momentum.

Applicants should have a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, superior academic credentials, demonstrated practice experience, a demonstrated record of or strong potential for legal scholarship, and a commitment to outstanding teaching.
